Rose Ann Abrams

Rose Ann Abrams (Kivitz) of Ewing died Nov. 23, 2014. 

Employed by Reedman Motors until her retirement, Mrs. Abrams was an office worker before beginning its leasing department. She later joined Reedman’s sales force, where she was often the top salesperson each month, specializing in Jaguars.

She graduated from Trenton Central High School in 1948; she had started an egg business while still in school. 

A car collector with a lifelong love of cars, one of her vehicles, a Chrysler Imperial limousine, was included in Oliver Stone’s movie The Doors. 

A member of Adath Israel Congregation throughout her life, she was a life member of Hadassah. She also had been involved with the Trenton Jewish Historical Society and volunteered at Greenwood House Home for the Jewish Aged. She was fluent in Yiddish. 

Predeceased by her husband, Harry A., she is survived by her daughter, Judi Buch; her son, Jeff; a brother, Philip Kivitz; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

Services were held Nov. 26 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Michael J.
