Ruth Pokotilow
Ruth Pokotilow (Fuchs), 99, of Boca Raton, Fla., died Jan. 20, 2014. She was born in Passaic.
Mrs. Pokotilow and her late husband, Sam, owned and operated Fashion Alteration and Cleaners in Passaic.
Predeceased by her husband, Sam “Red,” in 1992, she is survived by her children, Manny and Marcy Pokotilow, Howard and Nancy Pokotilow, and Steven and Nancy Pokotilow; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 23 with arrangements by Jewish Memorial Chapel, Clifton. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Fla., or the NICU at St. Barnabas Medical Center Foundation, West Orange.
