Samuel Koniak

Samuel Koniak of Pembroke Pines, Fla., died May 31, 2013. He was formerly of Millburn and Jersey City.

Predeceased by his wife, Naomi (Bunty), Mr. Koniak is survived by two daughters, Lois Cantwell of Millburn and Cynthia Yanowitz of Cooper City, Fla.; a brother, Seymour of Bayonne; and five grandchildren.

Services were held June 2 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
