NJJN sensationalizes occasional disagreements at the AIPAC Policy Conference but misses the “big picture.” The reporter fails to note that the prevailing ethos firmly remains bipartisan in support of the Israel-America relationship.

While the conference included Democrats, Independents, and Republicans, the overwhelming majority “left their politics at the door” in favor of pulling together for a secure, democratic, and prosperous Israel. All speakers were treated respectfully.

Let us all shun inflammatory rhetoric and hold intact the bipartisanship that AIPAC has so successfully developed.
