Seymour Ashendorf
Seymour Ashendorf, 86, of Highland Park died Feb. 7, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, he was a resident of North Brunswick for 21 years before moving to Sarasota, Fla., in 1986. He moved back to New Jersey last July.
Mr. Ashendorf retired after working for 29 years as the senior marketing director for Revlon Corporation in the company’s Edison and New York City offices.
He was a member of Palm-Aire Country Club in Sarasota.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Horowitz Ashendorf; his daughter, Abbe (Gary) Miller of North Brunswick; his son, Richard (Susie) of Colonia; two grandsons; two step-granddaughters; and a step-great-granddaughter.
Services were held Feb. 11 with arrangements by Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, New Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 2600 US Route 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.
