Seymour H. Garr
Seymour H. Garr, 90, of Marlboro died Feb. 1, 2011. Born in New York, he resided in Marlboro for the past 41 years.
Mr. Garr was vice president of operations and acting treasurer of Midlantic Bank’s factoring division, Bloomfield, for 20 years before retiring.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
He was a founding member of Congregation Kol Am, Freehold.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Phyllis Eve (Scheer); three daughters, Sharon Eller, Leslie Collins, and Debra Sauers; his sister, Lorraine Richman; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 3 with arrangements by Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan.
