The paternal grandfather is Jack Natt of Great Neck, NY. The maternal great-grandparents are Lillian and George Spiro of Boynton Beach, Fla., formerly of Middletown. The paternal great-grandmother is Bea Eiger of Freehold. Alex Shawn is named after his late paternal grandmother Susan Natt.
The couple also has another son.
