Stanley L. Toner, 84, of Fairfield died April 14, 2011. He was born in Brooklyn and lived in West Orange before moving to Fairfield five years ago.
Mr. Toner was regional sales manager for Seagram, New York.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a Pharmacist Mate-3rd Class on the USS Salvo Island.
He served as past president of the Rosenberg-Toner Heart Foundation, Brooklyn, and was active with fundraising for the National Kidney Foundation.
Predeceased by a son, Gary, he is survived by his wife, Marcia; his daughter, Jodi Toner; two sons, Bruce and Paul; and four grandchildren.
Services were held April 15 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
