Thalia Maltz
Thalia Maltz (Baumgarten), 79, of West Orange died Nov. 21, 2011. Born in New York City, she lived in Newark and South Orange before moving to West Orange 15 years ago.
Mrs. Maltz was a member of ORT and of B’nai B’rith Women.
Predeceased by her husband, Hyman, she is survived by three daughters, Audrey Berger of Parsippany, Lynn Janiak of Middletown, and Sheryl Glovin of Nutley; a brother, Howard Baumgarten of Suffern, NY; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 22 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
