Valorie Golden
Valorie J. Golden (Hutch) of Nutley died Feb. 10, 2012. She was born in Passaic and lived most of her life in Nutley.
Mrs. Golden was the executive secretary in career training and development for Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley for 19 years, retiring three years ago. Prior to that, she worked as a secretary for the Bendix Corp in Teterboro, for Congregation B’nai Israel in Nutley, and for the Nutley Board of Education’s Special Education Department.
She was a member of Hadassah and Congregation Shomrei Emunah of Montclair.
She is survived by her husband, Bert, and two daughters, Debra Lyn Golden of Montclair and Lori Ann Golden of Massanutten, Va.
Services were held Feb. 14 with arrangements by Jewish Memorial Chapel, Clifton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718; or the World Wildlife Federation, 1250 24th St. NW, Washington, DC 20090-7180.
