Vivian Kramer
Vivian Kramer (Kaplan), 85, of Somerset died Nov. 26, 2014. Born in the Bronx, she also had lived in Philadelphia, Plainfield, and Berkeley Heights.
During her career Mrs. Kramer worked at Frankford Arsenal, Bell Labs, and Allied Chemical.
She earned a degree in physics from Queens College. She was a former township committeewoman and president of the League of Women Voters.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, George; her son, Steven (Brenda) of Delaware; her daughter, Tina (Michael) Garyantes of Warren; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 28 with arrangements by Gleason Funeral Home, Somerset.
