Zalik Oser, 85, of Little Silver died Feb. 10, 2013. He was born and raised in Hightstown, moving to Little Silver after his retirement and also spending winters in Pompano Beach, Fla.
Mr. Oser worked with Johnson and Johnson for over 30 years.
He graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in chemistry and received a master’s degree in chemistry at Stevens Institute of Technology.
He served in the Army in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Arlene; two sons, Robert (Angie) of Vermont and Barry of New Jersey; and a sister, Edith.
Services were held Feb. 14 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
