Ziva Crane
Ziva Crane (Raskind), a longtime resident of West Orange, died March 23, 2018. Born in Poland, she was a Holocaust survivor who came to the United States as a child in 1949.
Mrs. Crane graduated from City College and became a singer and entertainer. She also had several businesses, including a jewelry store and a Mexican goods store, and was a licensed real estate agent.
Predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Michael, in 2012, she is survived by three sons, Charles J. (Abby) of Pine Brook, Steven H. (Noah) of Boca Raton, Fla., and Andrew Avraham Barry (Ayelet) of Passaic; and 15 grandchildren.
Services were held March 26 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
