Barbara Goldfarb
Barbara Goldfarb (Horwitz), 84, of Nottingham, Md., died June 7, 2017. Born in the Bronx, she resided in Livingston and Boca Raton, Fla., before moving to Nottingham last year.
Mrs. Goldfarb was a homemaker.
She was a past president of the sisterhood of Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston, a past branch president of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, and was active in supporting the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City.
Predeceased by her husband, Norman, she is survived by her daughter, Amy Goldfarb Kavanagh of Nottingham; her son, Larry of Springfield; and three grandchildren.
Services were held June 11 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Jewish Theological Seminary.
