Beatrice Baer
Beatrice Esther Baer (Seider), 94, of West Orange died June 9, 2014. She lived most of her life in Jersey City and also had resided in Monroe Township.
Mrs. Baer was the secretary to the director of admissions at Jersey City State College for 25 years.
She attended John Marshall College.
Upon her retirement, she was active in many charitable organizations.
Predeceased by her husband, Joseph, she is survived by two daughters, Phyllis (Sheldon) Nova and Karen (Steven) Rockoff; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her caretaker, Amma Amoako.
Services were held June 11 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Temple B’nai Abraham.
