A son, Tyson Rand (Shimshon Dov), to CARRIE and MATT SPORER of New York City on April 11, 2018. The maternal grandparents are Marilyn and Stan Loewenthal of Edison. The paternal grandparents are Debbie and Barry Sporer of New York City. The paternal great-grandfather is Norman Samuels of Lake Worth, Fla. Tyson Rand is named in memory of his maternal great-grandfather Samuel Rand and his paternal great-grandmother Dora Sporer.
The couple has another son, Alec Meyer.
