Elaine Halper
Elaine Halper of Livingston died Sept. 6, 2019.
Mrs. Halper was an active member and past president of Temple Beth Shalom in Livingston. She also held leadership positions in many other Jewish organizations.
Predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Samuel, she is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Grinspan and Roni Stern; her son, Jeffrey (Amy); seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 8 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
