Eva Leitner
Eva Leitner, 101, of Summit died July 10, 2011. Born in Vilnius, Lithuania, she moved to New York City in 1916; Bethpage, NY, in 1955; and Summit in 2004.
Mrs. Leitner worked as an interior decorator on Long Island.
Active in philanthropy, she was a member of Brandeis Women.
Predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Harry, she is survived by her son, Stuart, and three grandchildren.
Services were held July 11 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Barnabas Hospice.
