Eric Portnoy and Alison Fischer
Karen Blau of Short Hills and Neil Fischer of Cranford announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Blair Fischer, to Eric Brett Portnoy, son of Ronald and Cheryl Portnoy of Syosset, NY.
Ms. Fischer is a graduate of Millburn High School and Indiana University, Bloomington. She is employed at Virgin’s North American corporate headquarters in New York City.
Mr. Portnoy is also a graduate of Indiana University. He owns Dunkin’ Donuts and Smashburger franchises throughout New York state.
A May 2015 wedding is planned in New York City.
