Helen Oken Lieberman

Helen Oken Lieberman, 95, of Livingston died Aug. 19, 2018. She was born in the Bronx.

Mrs. Lieberman was former vice principal of Collins Elementary School and a learning disabilities specialist in the Livingston school system.

A graduate of Hunter College, she later earned her master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Predeceased by her husband, Herbert A., in 2016, she is survived by two sons, Bruce and Rob; daughters-in-law Patti and Marilyn; and three grandsons.

Services were held Aug. 21 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Livingston Public Schools, 11 Foxcroft Drive; include in memo “for Collins School in memory of Helen Lieberman.”
