Hunger Project programs
Bert Goldberg
IN THE COMING year, Or Ha Lev, the Jewish Renewal congregation in Succasunna, will carry out four Hunger Project programs, made possible by a grant from the Bert Goldberg Memorial Fund.
Through the project, Or Ha Lev will continue its efforts to feed those with food insecurity in the community by providing hundreds of meals to those in need.
Goldberg, who passed away in 2015, was a social worker and associate professor of professional practice at Rutgers University School of Social Work and executive director of the Center for Leadership and Management at Rutgers. The fund was established by his wife, Lorri, a member of
