Irwin Math
Irwin Math, 87, of Princeton Junction died Oct. 23, 2018. Born and raised in the Bronx, he moved to New Jersey in 1957, residing for the past 15 years in Princeton Junction.
Mr. Math began his career working in an accounting firm. Many years ago he and his partners formed Drucker, Math & Whitman, PA in East Brunswick. He retired from the firm in 2016.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from City College of New York in 1954, and a master’s degree in accounting in 1958. He passed his certified public accounting boards and was a member of professional CPA organizations for many years.
He was a stamp collector who held shows and collected pre-Israel Palestine stamps. He also enjoyed building model radio-control airplanes.
Predeceased by a son, Sam, he is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sandra (Bernstein); his daughter, Michelle (Robert) Bross; a son, Jeffrey (Kim); a brother, Melvin; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 26 with arrangements by Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, New Brunswick.
