Leslie Lerner
Leslie S. Weinstein Lerner, 58, of Monmouth Junction died March 12, 2012. Born in New York City, she resided in White Plains before moving to New Jersey 35 years ago.
Mrs. Lerner was a special education para-professional for the South Brunswick Board of Education, where she worked for many years and was very involved in the teachers’ union. She was also the arts and crafts director at Mill Road Day Camp.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, David; her son, Jordan of Ewing; two daughters, Gennifer Lerner of Newtown, Pa., and Carolyn Lerner of Monmouth Junction; her parents, George and Tagora Weinstein of White Plains, NY; and two sisters, Elise Fuchsman of Castle Rock, Colo., and Susan Gucciardo of Commack, NY.
Services were held March 14 with arrangements by Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick.
