Marcia Shapiro
Marcia Shapiro, 88, of Whippany died April 7, 2020. She was born in Brooklyn and raised in Hurleyville, N.Y.
Mrs. Shapiro’s career included multiple positions in the Cedar Grove school system, including teaching home economics. She attended Syracuse University. She enjoyed cooking and was an avid golfer.
Predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Bert, she is survived by four children, Lori (Jed), Carla, Sandy, and Mark (Lisa); and seven grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
