Marvin Bromberg
Marvin Brooke Bromberg, 82, of Roseland died March 9, 2012. He was born and raised in Newark.
A carpenter by training, Mr. Bromberg worked in his grandfather’s and uncle’s construction business before starting his own firm in the early 1960s. He continued to work in construction as the principal of MB Management Group, Inc., through the last years of his life.
He was a member of the class of 1948 at Weequahic High School, Newark.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Jentis); his son, Fred; two daughters, Abby Bromberg Greene and Sandra Bromberg Eskin; a sister, Roberta Pearlberg; seven stepchildren; and 24 grandchildren.
Services were held March 11 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Temple B’nai Abraham, Livingston.
