Miriam Weiker
Miriam Weiker (Bierman), 81, of Livingston died July 30, 2016. A 51-year resident of Livingston, she was born in Holland and immigrated to New York at a young age.
Mrs. Weiker worked in various positions, most recently with Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
She graduated from City College in New York.
She was active in various causes, including the American Jewish Congress.
Predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Walter, in 1997, she is survived by her son, Daniel; her daughter, Gail; a brother, Arie Bierman; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Aug. 1 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
