On June 11, the Essex County section of the National Council of Jewish Women held its annual installation and awards brunch at Crestmont Country Club. Andrea Rakitta Mintz of Livingston began the second year of her term as president. Rachel Khedouri of Livingston was named the Henrietta Weiser Emerging Leader. Robin Singer of Livingston was the Service to Section awardee, in recognition of her nearly half century of volunteer work with NCJW. Paula Green of South Orange earned the organization’s highest honor, the Hannah G. Solomon award, for her commitment to volunteering and service.
