Pro-Israel Democrat

As a lifelong Democrat and an ardent Zionist, I am writing to tell you that Gabe Kahn’s “How the Jewish Left was lost” (Aug. 2) hit the nail on the head. It needed to be said. We need to make the narrative that progressive ideals are pro-Israel ideals and denounce the alternative false narrative(s). I can (and should) be BOTH a Democrat and a Zionist.
