Ralph Ettlinger

Ralph Ettlinger, 86, of East Windsor died April 22, 2014. Born in Karlsruhe, Germany, he came to the United States in 1938 and resided in New Jersey for the majority of his life since.

Mr. Ettlinger held various management positions, with a career of over 30 years with Carter Wallace Corp. He served as general manager of Carter PD in Puerto Rico.

An Army veteran who served in the Korean War, he received several commendations, including a Bronze Star.

He graduated from Rutgers University.

He was a member of the Lions Club and served as president of Junior Achievement and the Southwest Industrial Association in Puerto Rico.

He is survived by his wife, Heather; two daughters, Liesl Owens (Robert Lyon) and Tanya (Lance) DeGroot; a brother, Harry; and five grandchildren.

Services were held April 24 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
