Rosemarie Mann Siegler
Rosemarie Mann Siegler, 87, of Boynton Beach, Fla., died May 24, 2018. Born in Vienna, she and her parents and brother George, fled to Shanghai, China, in 1938 and in 1940 moved to the United States. She grew up in New York City and later lived in West Orange and Livingston.
Mrs. Siegler taught in an elementary school and later ran a resource room for students with learning challenges.
She graduated from High School of Music and Art in New York City as an art major and then attended City University, where she majored in education. She earned a master’s degree in reading.
Predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Alfred, in 2015, and her son Jack in 2008, she is survived by her daughter, Lori (Richard) Mausner of Holmdel; her son, Joseph E. of Chicago; a brother, George J. Mann of College Station, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Services were held May 30 at King Solomon Cemetery, Clifton.
