Saul Goldwasser
Saul Morris Goldwasser, 78, of Cranbury died July 13, 2012. Born in the Bronx, he grew up in Bridgeport, Conn., and lived in Princeton for over 40 years before recently moving to Cranbury.
Mr. Goldwasser was a professor at Mercer County Community College for over 40 years before retiring. He was one of the founding members of the Holocaust and Genocide Resource Center.
He graduated from the University of Bridgeport and Boston University, where he earned a MA in philosophy and sociology.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Dean Goldwasser; his daughter, Meredith Goldwasser; three stepchildren, Robin Locker and Steven and Mark Staloff; a sister, Anne Mirsky; and twin granddaughters.
Services were held July 16 at The Jewish Center, Princeton, with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
