Savings and Sukkot fun at Liberty Science Center

FROM OCT. 14-20 families can save $5 per person at the box office with the code word HARVEST. Liberty Science Center in Jersey City is the area’s largest science museum. Featured exhibits include “Dinosaur Train,” from the award-winning PBS show, where children ages 2-8 can learn about steam engines, dinosaur diets, fossil excavation, and more. Included with the combo or premium ticket is “Angry Birds Universe,” where guests can “Be the Bird” and try to take out green pigs with a humongous slingshot, learn about digital art, and try other fun bird activities.

The Science Center has activities for children of all ages, including a gallery dedicated to those under age 5. Other features of the center are a planetarium, suspended maze, live animals, laboratory space for experimental fun, and more.

A sukkah will be available on an outdoor patio adjacent to the dining area on the second floor.
