Talking about healthy eating

The Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey’s Lavy House Live Series presents “Let’s Talk About Healthy Eating” with Karen Ensle, a professor at the Rutgers Extension of Union County. It’s on July 17, at 11 a.m., at the Lavy House at Temple Emanu-El in Westfield.

The talk features an interactive presentation focusing on the Mediterranean DASH Diet and ways to incorporate fresh produce into your diet. The program is presented by the Lavy House Senior Resource Center and the Standish Foundation. It is funded by the Lavy House and the Standish Foundation.
