Bernice Kline
Bernice Engel Kline, 95, of Yardley, Pa., died June 16, 2018. She also had lived in Trenton.
Mrs. Kline began her teaching career at Clifton High School, Clifton. After her children were in middle school, she taught in the Pennsbury School District for 23 years at Medill Bair High School, Charles Boehm Middle School, and Pennsbury High School.
She graduated from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, Pa., in 1944.
She was a longtime member of Har Sinai Temple in Pennington, serving as sisterhood president. She was also a member of ORT.
Predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Eugene L., she is survived by two sons, Martin E. (Janice Selinger Kline) of Yardley and Philip E. Kline of Tinton Falls; a sister, Charlotte Engel Levin of Yardley; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services were held June 19 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Har Sinai Temple.
