Kevin Forman

Kevin J. Forman of West Orange died Jan. 14, 2018.

Mr. Forman had a career in information technology.

He was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University who earned two master’s degrees.

He is survived by his parents, Carol and Peter Forman of Rockaway; two sisters, Andrea and Pamela Forman; and a nephew, Jonah Son.

Private services were held with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Cedar Grove.
