Small groups of Holocaust survivors, their caregivers, volunteers, and staff gathered at the Mitzi & Warren Eisenberg Multi-Purpose Center at the JFS Halpern Building in Elizabeth for a model seder on March 30. The Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey program also was livestreamed for homebound participants and their caregivers to enjoy.

Rabbi Raphael Karlin and middle schoolers from the Jewish Educational Center in Elizabeth led the program for Café Europa Holocaust survivors. Guitarist Seth Huttel of Springfield also volunteers in the JFS food pantry; he and his wife, Rivki, are JEC parents.
