The community gathered to honor the memory of Anthony Paragano in a flag-raising ceremony at the Chabad Community Center for Jewish Life in Randolph. Mr. Paragano, a distinguished U.S. Army veteran, was the beloved original owner of the building who sold it to Chabad. His wife, children, grandchildren, and many community members were there for the tribute to his enduring legacy.

Rabbi Avraham and Chava Bekhor, co-directors of Chabad Center for Jewish Life, stand with a Boy Scout who played the trumpet at the memorial.

To Chabad, the flag symbolizes protection, unity, and the strength of the community. Mr. Paragano’s legacy of goodness and love continues to reinforce the bonds that make us one people with many allies who see and promote the values of goodness and love in the world.
