Marking Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson’s yahrzeit

A group of women gathered at the Bris Avrohom Center on the 22nd of Shvat. The evening of inspiration was to mark the yahrzeit of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson.

Rebbetzin Shterney Kanelsky recited psalms of Tehillim. Tzameret Borovitz, the featured speaker, spoke on shalom bayis, highlighting the rebbetzin’s embodiment of the verse “kol kevudah bas melech penima.” She discussed how the rebbetzin’s modesty and dignity shaped her marriage, and she encouraged all the attendees to bring those same values of respect and harmony into their own homes. A light dinner prepared by the women’s committee followed the program.
