LAUREN and AKIVA BALFOUR

A son, Samuel Leo (Shmuel Lev), to LAUREN and AKIVA BALFOUR of Montclair on May 23, 2014. The maternal grandparents are Paula and David Saginaw of North Caldwell. The paternal grandparents are Jenny and Moshe Balfour of Santa Monica, Calif. The maternal great-grandmother is Sally Saginaw of West Bloomfield, Mich. Samuel Leo is named in memory of his maternal great-grandmother Sylvia Fried and his paternal great-uncle Leonard Segal.

Samuel joins a sister, Raya, and a brother, Ethan.
