Lottie Frank Felton
Lottie Frank Felton, 92, of Neptune City died Oct. 7, 2011. She was born in New York City and lived in North Bergen before moving to Neptune in 1981.
Mrs. Felton was a self-employed writer and photographer.
She was active at Daughters of Israel in Weehawken.
Predeceased by her daughter, Phyllis Schwartz, she is survived by her husband, Louis; her son, Michael; a sister, Martha Hickson; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 9 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean.
