SHIP counselors available to answer Medicare questions

MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT is through Dec. 7. SHIP is a statewide program that provides free, objective, confidential help to New Jersey Medicare beneficiaries who have questions about Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Part D, and long-term-care insurance services. 

Essex County residents with questions or concerns can call the SHIP Help Line at 973-637-1717.

SHIP in Essex County is sponsored by Jewish Family Service of MetroWest, a comprehensive social service agency providing mental health counseling and support services on a non-discriminatory basis.
